Beautifully presented as you'd expect with a Dreamcast adventure / simulation game along with a lovely cute art style and an atmospheric BGM.  The problem is that Prism Heart is all in Japanese so unless you enjoy shifting though pages of Japanese text for hours I'd not bother with this one if I was you.  Instead sit back and watch the video linked above.
