A now completely useless disc since I doubt the service is still running.  What you did with Yume Baken '99 was to bet on the Japanese JA horse racing service via the internet.  JA would then send the results back to your Dreamcast via the net which allowed you to watch the race on your Dreamcast thanks to the built in racing simulator.  A nice collectors item probably since it's not that easy to come by in importers due to it's completely uselessness outside Japan.
