God knows why this was released in Japan.  The first one sold like crap so why bother?  The Japanese have no interest in American football just like almost every other country apart from America.  So to give this more of an appealing look, Sega released this and NBA2K1 in a special pack containing a in-depth rule book.  Maybe they though if people understood the rules then they'd like the game.  The main problem however is that you have to buy the game to read the book and why would you buy something you have no interest in?  Oh, and did you notice that the cover to the game is just the US cover with a Japanese Dreamcast logo thrown in the corner?
