This is indeed a special version of Seaman for the Dreamcast.  This particular version was only on sale for 10 days !!  The pack contains two discs both in separate covers as shown below which slide into the card slip case show above.

This is the Christmas Seaman message disc.  With this you enter your personal ID code then connect to the special server to receive your Christmas message from Seaman as well as having a festive chat with him.

Below you can see the card case for the present disc.  Again this disc required you to go online to access the presents but it was well worth it.  Also enclosed with this disc was a set of stickers.
