You maybe thinking "What the hell is this" and you'd be forgiven in thinking that.  Back in 1999 and 2000 Toyota were extremely impressed with the Dreamcast and approached Sega in an attempt to get them to produce the most impressive 3D car models ever seen.  Sega accepted Toyota's proposal and went to work.  The end result was so impressive that even to this day (April 2005) there hasn't been a better looking polygon car model on any of the Dreamcast's so called betters, i.e. the Xbox, PS2 and Game Cube.  Toyota were so impressed by Sega's work that they actually used these car models to sell their cars through special Toyota Dreamcast software that was on display at selected Toyota showrooms.  The 3D car models are fully viewable at any possible angle plus have the ability to change colours and add extra options so you can see what type of custom job suits you best.  Unfortunately this Celsior disc doesn't feature the 3D car option or if it does it's bloody well hidden because I can't find it.  So what does this disc offer?  Well nothing except movies about the car.  Great disc if you really want to know everything about the Celsior or enjoy seeing test crashes.  Apart from that though it's pretty useless unless you're a collector.
