Why on earth do the Japanese find playing a board game on a computer fascinating? Who knows? Yamazaki Ichiban is yet another board game to add to the 100’s of other Japanese made computer board games but what sets it apart from the others? Well, it does have a fascination with toilets that will put off many American players plus there seems to be a fetish with err, how shall I put it? Poo, poop, number 2’s or should I just say shit? Anyway, what ever you want to call it, this game has a fascination with it. The graphics are decent I guess but the whole thing like many other games of this type moves just too slow. Why on earth do I want to sit there and watch what the computer player is doing? I’d rather just play my turn instead of waiting for 4 or 5 other computer controlled characters to take their turns. Over all though, this is a funny game that should bring a few laughs to anyone with a toilet sense of humor (British and Japanese mostly).
