Sonic Team love all of you Dreamcast owners out there.  They have released what is said to be the last Dreamcast game to be produced by Sega.  But Sonic Team decided to go out in style.  Puyo Puyo Fever is the first and possibly the last game to feature a unique option to change the background image on the Dreamcast's Bios screen.  There is one thing about this Puyo Puyo that I don't like though.  And that's the characters.  The new designs look so kiddy and cheap.  What ever happened to the original characters that have been around since the Super Famicom games through 32bit and 64bit error and also the 128bit Dreamcast Puyo Puyo Yon (4).  Arle is still here in this new Puyo Puyo but she looks ...... errr...... welllll.... crap, for lack of a better word.

Still, it's not all bad.  The game it's self has quite a few new features which at first took me by surprise but actually turned out to be quite good.  There are now various different Puyo shapes similar to Tetris's "L" shape and massive Puyos which work like Tetris's block shape.  The other new shape looks like the Korean flag (^v^) or Yin Yang sign.  The main idea of the game remains the same with combo magic and so on along with a new feature called "Fever Attack"  What happens with this is that your normal playing area suddenly changes to a new screen set up for multiple Puyo combos.  If you managed to use this system correctly, you'll seen your opponent's screen fill up with all your waste (^v^).

This Deluxe pack comes with a massive 70cm beanbag than feels soooooo comfortable (^v^) plus a Puyo Puyo mobile phone / key ring strap.
