Maker - Sega (Sonic Team)

This is a very unique and special item indeed.  Not only is it a Sega GD Recordable disc with Phantasy Star On-line on it but it's also signed by Yuji Naka him self !!  I'm not too sure what build of the game is on this disc as I haven't had timed to test it.
