The worst racing game or close to it on the Dreamcast.  The controls are non responsive, loading times are a joke and the amount of graphical bugs is amazing.  A pure pile of steaming horse crap if there ever was one.  It really cracks me up to see crap like this, Spirit Of Speed and Red Line Racer get a Japanese release while the excellent Metropolitan Street Racer never.
