Have you ever wanted to build your own robot then program it to blast the hell out of another?  Well here's your chance with Marionette Handler.  There is one problem though.  This game is so hard to understand that even a native of Japanese can't understand it well.  Or at least my friend couldn't but he could be a bit dim :P  I sure know that I couldn't work it out though.  So, since I can't really play this game I can't comment on it.  I can however say that the visuals are just about par for a Dreamcast game.  The follow up looks much better with a much easier layout to it.
