I've always wondered why this was released in Japan.  Maybe because it was there was nothing out at the time (early 1999) so competition was thin on the ground.  Expendable is a port from the PC version of the game and it shows.  The whole thing just says "PC" which isn't what you want on your console.  To be fair the game is quite good for a PC game but for a console shooter it's a bit bland. The draw distance is pretty bad due to heavy use of fogging and at times the camera angles are also pretty bad.  Music wise it's not that bad but then again it's not that good.  If you can find this cheap and your after a quick blast then pick it up.  Otherwise don't bother.
