The only software that I know of that uses the Dreamcast's midi cable, in fact the midi cable was probably made just for this software.  As the title says, this is a music sequencer for Dreamcast that can be connected to a midi compatible keyboard just like you can do with a PC.  The music can't be exported as a midi though (or at least I don't think so) but as a special format that only this software can read (and also the PC version) which is a very bad idea. There are numerous different pre programmed melodies with in the software as well as many wave samples.  Probably most people out there will want to give this a miss but if you're interested in music sequencing then maybe this is for you.
