Many people say that this game is crap and they're right.  Originally developed by Sega as an arcade gun game then put on hold because it wasn't looking too hot.  Then CRI picked up the license when they joined Sega and decided to re-program it for the Dreamcast.  But what a cock-up they made of it.  Instead of leaving Charge'n Blast as a gun game (Which the DC needs) they changed it into a normal controller game.  Now you have to use your analogue controller to position the target then press a button to fire.  This all makes some very boring gaming since you just watch the guy drift from one place to another then stop while you have to blow away the enemies.  I'm pretty sure CRI know that this game is crap too and that's why it was published by SIMS Co.  Bad move for SIMS I think.
