Take to the highways in your truck and try to deliver your cargo to it's destination.  Sounds easy doesn't it?  Well, it would be if it wasn't for a crazed opposing truck driver trying to stop you all the time.  18 Wheeler is a pretty good game but with only a few tracks it won't last long unless you try to master the Dreamcast Original mode which is quite nice.
